hi everyone! blogging after quite a while! that fortunately means many new inputs to my life and many new tasks to be done with me enjoying every moment of it. New job, new office and fresh responsiblities at home with my parents to be looked after.Who's helping whom is another question! Well today's blog is euphoric because as part of my routine visits to the training sessions offered to Government school teachers, I met 3 roomfuls of teachers, say around 200? I conversed, gave pep talks and shared that we, as teachers were cantilevers to the community and neighborhood that we live in and share and a teacher affects not one set but entire generations to come. Even as I key this the faces of my own teachers in Rosary School, Chennai way back in 1970s and 80s flash before my mind with fond memories that I relish to this date. So much for the greatness of teachers.
Well! Today the teachers whom I met too were vibrant, committed asking questions and seeking clarifications. They were able to laugh easily which meant that they were perfectly at ease at the CRC - Cluster Resource Centre training that was being offered to them on ALM - Active Learning Methodology. I was greeted with warmth after the discussion on my way back home, which was feedback enough that I was able to match their wavelength and attendance was 97.9%. I returned with a feeling of Robert Browining's (? was it Pippa's song?)
God's in heaven all's right with the world!
