Writing in English and Tamil is one of my hobbies. I love singing and finding out the ragas of the songs I come across, particularly Tamil movie songs. I adore old hindi songs and try to memorise the lyrics, often running from pillar to post for them. I love to watch people and situations and write short stories out of them. recently a series of books on Value Education for Grade 1 to 5 children , that I'd authored has come out. I got a wonderful opportunity to translate a very ordinary worker's extraordinary memoirs of his worklife in different states of India, plus in different countries. just yesterday I had the opportunity to deliver a spiritual discourse (it is termed pravachanam) on stories from Mahabharatham.I think life is a very precious thing and it is unjustified if we did not do good things with it.
