CARROT HALWA:


 


INGREDIENTS:


 


1 CUP -  SHREDDED CARROT


1 CUP - MILK


1/3 CUP - SUGAR


4 SPOONS - BUTTER


CASHEWS AND RAISINS TO GARNISH


 


PREPARATION:


 


1. Take butter in a pan and then add cashew and raisins and roast them and take them aside


2. Add shredded carrot in the remaining ghee and fry it for 10 to 15 min in medium heat


3. After 10 or 15 min add milk and sugar to it and stir it inbetween until the milk gets reduced


4 And then take it in a bowl and add the roasted cashew and raisins.
